Brazil Entry Program 2: Information & Sign-up Meeting

Location: Gardermoen, Oslo Period: December 15, 2011 Program responsible: Sissel Anita Kobro + 91 39 23 27 Event organizer: Kirsti-Ann Johannessen +47 41 12 97 09 Based on the experiences so far in the first Brazil Entry Program, implemented by INTSOK in close cooperation with Innovation Norway, we have the pleasure of inviting Norwegian Companies to register their interest for Brazil Entry Program 2.
The first entry networks are currently summing up and are concluding the work for the first phase of the project. Summary reports and business plans will be developed by September this year. We can already conclude that the program so far has been a success, and the 19 participating companies have expressed great satisfaction. All companies emphasize the necessity for SME’s with ambitions to enter the Brazilian Oil & Gas market to get professional support. Networks, bureaucracy and culture are too complex to handle on an individual basis.
We believe that there will be a continuous demand for support to companies entering Brazil in the coming years, and INTSOK has the ambition to continue to provide a national network program to support the industry. In this work, we will continue to collaborate closely with Innovation Norway and relevant cluster organizations around the country, such as NCE Subsea, NCE Maritime, NODE and others.
Provided adequate interest and right qualification of companies, we have ambitions to start the second Brazil Entry Program consisting of one network with 6 companies in Q1 2012, and another in Q2 2012.
The program is subject to approval and funding from Innovation Norway.
