What is it?
Team Norway Houston (INTSOK / Innovation Norway / RNCG) have joined forces with the Louisiana Development Corporation to deliver a program bringing selected Norwegian and Louisiana based companies together to investigate business development opportunities. In one week you will travel across the Louisiana energy corridor, meet with key local companies and leaders, explore local opportunities and get a taste of the local culture.
Purpose?
The purpose is accelerate local market knowledge, network and business relationships in the Louisiana O&G offshore sector that will grow your business.
Who should participate?
Companies who are currently targeting business growth in the US GOM within the Operations, Maintenance and Modifications and Decommissioning market segments.
Companies who’s value proposition and strategy fit the market. Specifically the US GOM market place is seeking solutions that lower the costs of Operation and improve.

Potential companies you may meet may include: Edison Chouest, Bollinger, Global Logistics, Harvey Gulf Marine, GIS, Gulf Island Fabricators, Performance Energy Services, Seacor Marine, Oceaneering, Mc Dermott, Cameron, Transocean, Bay Ltd., Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes
How much does it cost and what do you get?
• Participation fee of approx 15.000 – 20.000 NOK per company (2 people per company maximum)
• You cover Travel, hotel and regular business expenses
• Team Norway provides: Who’s who market briefings and report, meetings & venues, transportation and contact list
How to participate?
You must submit your letter of intent no later that June 24th to John Hurter and Werner Karlsson.
Your letter (e-mail) of intent should include the following:
• A description of your business interest, value proposition and objective
• Confirmation of your availability and acceptance of the terms
