The Forum will be focused on how to strengthen the role of Associations in the process of increasing local content in the oil and gas projects and developing international cooperation with the purpose of experience exchange, transfer of advanced technologies and improvement of manufacturing process.

The Forum will be arranged by the Association of Oil and Gas Suppliers SOZVEZDYE and the Government of the Arkhangelsk region with the participation of Shtokman Development AG.

Representatives from the Russian and foreign Associations, as well as service companies from different industries are invited to participate in the Forum - if they are intended to establish direct business contacts with potential partners from the Arkhangelsk region in order to prepare for joint participation in the Shtokman gas-condensate field development.

The Forum’s agenda includes a plenary session, individual business-to-business meetings, a «round table» for the oil and gas associations with the focus on «Coordination of the Oil and Gas Associations’ efforts to increase local content in the Shtokman field development», visits to the production facilities of local companies in Arkhangelsk and Severodvinsk.
