High turnout for High North Conferecne
The very much announced storm “Ask” did not hinder more than 240 participants from attending the 8th annual Russian Oil and Gas Conference in Tromsø this week.The crowd, which included 9 Russian journalists from different newspapers and industry magazines, was given a thorough insight onto the current status and future potential for oil and gas development in the high north.
Every year, Tromsø comes to live throughout January with a multitude of exiting events including Tromsø International Film Festival and the Arctic Frontiers Conference. None the less, all this year's excitement took place at INTSOK's 8th annual Russian-Norwegian Oil & Gas Conference which was held in Tromsø during 26-29 January 2010.
